Refund Policy

At Homeschool Portfolios, we take pride in our personalized services. Because each portfolio is custom-built, our refund policy reflects the time and effort invested in each project.
This Refund Policy applies to all digital homeschool portfolio services, including Hands-Free, Guided, and Full Ownership plans purchased through Homeschool Portfolios.

1. Setup Fees

Setup fees are non-refundable once work has begun on your portfolio.
Since all portfolios are digital and custom-made, setup fees are non-refundable once design work has begun or assets have been delivered.
If you cancel before work begins, you may receive a full refund.

2. Monthly Care Plans

Monthly payments for Care Plans or hosting are non-refundable once the month has started, but can be canceled anytime for the following month.

3. Dissatisfaction or Project Changes

If you are unsatisfied, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will make reasonable efforts to correct issues or adjust your portfolio.

4. Cancellations

To cancel ongoing services, email info@homeschool-portfolios.com before your next billing date.

5. Exceptions

Refunds may be issued at our discretion in cases of duplicate payments, billing errors, or extraordinary circumstances.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after confirmation. Any associated processing fees may be deducted.

Homeschool Portfolios reserves the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with a revised “Effective Date.”
